Responsibilities :
TheProgrammer will work alongside our team of Design Engineers ProjectManagers and Installation Technicians to successfully deliverworldclass Audiovisual Solutions for ourcustomers.
Programmingthe DSP and control systems for ourprojects
Testingcode in our shop before sending gear to thesite.
Commissioningcode onsite onprojects
Supportingour service technicians and service clients with needed programmingsupport
Documentingcontrol systems and client GUIapprovals
ConfiguringAV and clientnetworks
Assistingwith shop fab work ifneeded
Requirements
Qualifications :
Previousexperience in the service or installation of audio video and / oraudiovisual presentation systems andIT / Networks
Abilityto work independently be selfdirected and make sound decisionsbased on customersatisfaction
CrestronProgrammingCertification is preferred. AMX QSys and / or experience with otherprogramming languages is aplus.
AMXCertified Programmer or AVIXA ANP orCMCP ispreferred. Any other key manufacturer or relevant softwaredevelopment certifications are also aplus.
Goodcommunication and customer relationskills.
Abilityand willingness to travel to customer sites ifneeded.

Job Requirements : Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience withQCS controls, Biamp, Audio DSP, Shure and Intelix. Great to have : AVPro Edge and Visionary Solutions for VoIP / switchers Advancedknowledge and hands-on experience with AV equipment Advancedknowledge of TCP / IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls arepreferred.
Advanced working knowledge of computers (Windows-based)and software. Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, andembrace a team-centric environment.
Ability to read, analyze, andinterpret complex documents including product specifications,wiring diagrams, and architectural drawings.
Ability to respondeffectively to sensitive customer inquiries or complaints. Stronginterpersonal and communication skills are required.
Valid driver slicense with minimum 3-year clean driving record. Infocomm CTScertification (within 6 months of employment start) & CTS-Iwithin 12 months Maintain and / or acquire OSHA 10 Hr constructionwithin 3 months from employment start.
