We are seeking a Sr. Quality Manager to oversee quality manufacturing and control processes. The ideal candidate will have a over 10 years in quality and 5+ years recently as a Quality Manager.

Must Haves :

• 10+ years in Quality roles within manufacturing / assembly as a Quality Engineer, Reliability Engineer, or Quality Supervisor.
• 5+ years as a Quality Manager leading teams in a manufacturing / assembly environment.
• Skilled in maintaining ISO, AAR, TS, AS, or other global QMS, with experience in implementing 5S, FMEA, Standardized Work, Cellular Manufacturing, Kaizen, Single Piece Flow, and TPM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Quality : Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Oversee inspection and testing of products to verify they meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement : Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Utilize data analysis and root cause analysis techniques to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the quality team. Provide training and support to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain thorough documentation of quality processes, inspection results, and compliance reports.

Prepare and present quality metrics and performance reports to senior management.

Supplier Management : Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. Evaluate supplier performance and work with them to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) are a plus.
• Experience : Experience in quality management, successfully leading quality initiatives in a manufacturing or similar setting.
• Skills : Quality management systems, process improvement methodologies, and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Technical Proficiency : Quality tools and software, including data analysis and reporting tools.
