ABOUT THE ROLE :

Imagine a day when you're not just a caregiver but a beacon of empowerment. Your nights start with providing support and guidance for the Awake Overnight Team.

You're not just fostering independence; you're creating a canvas of meaningful connections. From management of the night operations to overseeing the people we support one on one turning daily tasks into opportunities for growth for the whole team, every moment is a chance to make an impact.

Unlock this transformative role with :

• Valid NY driver's license
• A good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of experience as a Direct Support Professional, Residence Manager, or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to remain awake from 10pm-9am

Preferred qualifications :

• Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role
