Job Duties / Description :

  • Source, recruit, vet, and assess field technicians for installation projects.
  • Utilize social media and online recruitment platforms for technician discovery and selection.
  • Maintain and update technician profiles and performance metrics.
  • Create contracts and offer letters using standardized templates.
  • Ensure all technicians are contracted and contracts are signed before commencing work.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to gather project-specific details such as scope and schedule.
  • Manage technician contracting within budget while prioritizing quality.
  • Update Project Database with contracted technicians.
  • Cultivate national recruitment relationships with small vendors and contractors to expand the technician pool.
  • Foster positive working relationships with internal and external partners.

Requirements :

  • 2 years' customer focused experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Superior ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple projects, adjust to changing workflow and workload accordingly.
  • Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information (both in written and oral form) clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience.
  • Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations
  • High School Diploma

Additional Info :

  • Pay range : $21 / hr.
  • Schedule : : 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
  • Location : 100% in office
  • Type : Contract-to-hire
