Job Duties / Description :
- Source, recruit, vet, and assess field technicians for installation projects.
- Utilize social media and online recruitment platforms for technician discovery and selection.
- Maintain and update technician profiles and performance metrics.
- Create contracts and offer letters using standardized templates.
- Ensure all technicians are contracted and contracts are signed before commencing work.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to gather project-specific details such as scope and schedule.
- Manage technician contracting within budget while prioritizing quality.
- Update Project Database with contracted technicians.
- Cultivate national recruitment relationships with small vendors and contractors to expand the technician pool.
- Foster positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
Requirements :
- 2 years' customer focused experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Superior ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple projects, adjust to changing workflow and workload accordingly.
- Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information (both in written and oral form) clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience.
- Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations
- High School Diploma

- Pay range : $21 / hr.
- Schedule : : 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
- Location : 100% in office
- Type : Contract-to-hire
