Job Summary :
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the organization by performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and office tasks.
This role involves managing day-to-day activities, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth operations across various departments.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and take minutes during meetings.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order new materials as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Support team members and management with general administrative tasks and special projects.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
