LHH is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Administrative Office Assistant to join our client’s team in Central San Diego.

Key Responsibilities :
Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle inquiries
Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Greet visitors and provide general administrative support
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the management team
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours : 40 hours per week
40 hours per week
Monday- Friday
8 : 00am-5 : 00pm PST
No overtime hours
