Location : Hybrid

Compensation : $140,000 - $190,000 + 20% bonus

The Role
As the company's BESS sector is growing, they are seeking an electrical subject matter expert to lead the battery storage sector.
The role involves planning, scheduling, budgeting, and supporting Electrical Superintendents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all electrical operations for BESS projects.
- Hire and manage Electrical Superintendents, planning their work, schedules, and budgets.
- Provide support and ensure adequate resources for Electrical Superintendents.
- Develop project site logistics and electrical installation plans.
- Review and manage material and equipment budgets related to electrical work.
- Implement and maintain electrical safety and accident prevention programs.
- Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination meetings focused on electrical tasks.
- Allocate manpower to jobsites as needed for electrical scopes of work.
- Visit jobsites regularly to ensure teams operate efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of electrical construction.
- 7+ years of relevant field leadership experience in electrical operations.
- Experience with self-performing large-scale electrical and utility projects.
