Job Description / PM / Estimator
Commericial / Heavy and Civil / Multi-family Residential Project Manager and Estimator
A leading Construction company is seeking an PM / Estimator to coordinate and lead their field team. This is a great opportunity with a leading Contractor with projects of $1M and greater.
This is a position for long time 15+ year Project Manager (preferrebly with Estimating skills, but not required) to take a step forward working directly with upper-Management, and the company is also looking at individuals with just 5+ years experience in Heavy and Civil Project Managing (preferrebly with knowledge of Estimating, but not required) who can reliably deliver Projects, or Estimates, on time.
If you can create accurate budgets and contribute to civil construction / large scale Excavation processes to run smoothly, You will be highly valued from day 1.
Estimators with 3+ years of Project Managing are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications :
- Ability to understand project time-lines and budgets
- Experience with project of $1M+
- ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently a plus
- Industry consistent work history
- 5+ years as Project Manager, with 2+ years Estimating Preferred
