Resort Lifestyle Communities is accepting resumes for a Director of Software Engineering to join our growing team! This position will work from our Home Office located in Lincoln, Nebraska.

As our Director of Software Engineering, you will build and support software applications for a nationally distributed team of users, troubleshooting and problem solving for a variety of business rules and software issues.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Application Design and Project Management Design and present application design. Gather user requirements and project milestones.

Create project direction and plans. Implement projects and application updates.

• Understand user needs and project goals to keep user interfaces simple and light.
• Communicate with Users regarding trouble tickets and application upgrades.
• Reviewing third party software before implementation.
• Integrate dissimilar applications to capture and share data.
• Integrate hardware with applications (like Topaz signature devices)
• Work with SSO, AD and other authentication structures.
• Build, Maintain and Administer SQL databases.
• Maintain Dev Data.
• Create backups of the databases weekly.
• Tech and application support ticket questions.
• Troubleshoot user issues and coding issues.

Qualifications : Experience in the following application languages :

• Microsoft Access VBA
• Apple development with Maui (move from Xamarin)
• Microsoft Office tools
• Excel, PowerPoint
• FTP / SFTP
• ODBC connections (Sage, Timberline, Access, Excel)
• Windows PowerShell and command line tools
• Create and Parse csv text files

You have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and e-mail. You also have an understanding of Active Directory and VBA as it applies to Microsoft Office and converting applications to web-based applications. Schedule and Benefits :

• Work the following schedule : Monday through Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm at our Home Office located in Lincoln, Nebraska.
