Accounts Payable Representative
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable Representative for Emerald, NE.
Position Title : Accounts Payable Representative
Location : Emerald, NE
Anticipated Start Date : June 24th, 2024

Expected Duration : 6 months
Job Type : Contract - FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)
Pay Range : $25 / Hr - $30 / Hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.
g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Requirement :
We are looking for a 6 month contract Accounts Payable Representative.
Responsibilities
- Track receipt of data and source documents.
- Prepare and sort source documents and interpret data to be entered.
- Contact preparers of source document to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data.
- Maintain accurate and complete client files / filing.
- Perform data entry in the Accounts Payable / Account Receivable System from source documents, complete necessary coding, confirm accuracy of data, and make necessary corrections.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve results as required.
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, scanning, copying, answering phones, filing, etc.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and / or AP / AR
- High School diploma or GED
- Excel experience
Additional Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel experience is a must!)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organization skill
