We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented team player to assist in the daily functions of the Order Management Department. This in-office position works closely with the Sales & Finance teams to ensure that all customer sales are accurately ordered and invoiced.

To be successful in this role, you must be eager to learn, analytical and detail-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be adaptable to system & process changes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

  • Assist with the daily review of open / pending sales orders
  • Responsible for the timely and efficient processing of sales orders
  • Accurate entry of new and renewal customer orders into vendor portals and QuickBooks
  • Distribution of order confirmations to customers and Sales team
  • Assist with the completion of returns / exchanges
  • Processing of customer credit card payments
  • Distribution of software codes to customers
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Assist sales team related to questions regarding customer accounts
  • Filing of completed paperwork
  • Ability to work extended hours during end of month / end of year cycles

Essential Education, Skills and Experience :

  • Strong attention to detail to accurately enter data, research and resolve issues
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for numbers
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Team player and willing to learn
  • Must be able to work independently, and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated in an environment that demands persistence and drive
  • Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
  • Experience with QuickBooks a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
