Electrical Maintenance Service Sales Representative
Job Overview :
American Electric has an excellent Outside Sales Opportunity on the island of Oahu.TEGG Maintenance Sales contract agreements, electric equipment maintenance
Objective Measures of Performance :
- TEGG Weekly Sales Activity Report
- Proposal Activity Log
- Exploratory Call Meetings - 6 per week
- PSE Meetings - 3 per week
- Option Development Meeting -3 per week
- Solutions Presentation -3 per week
- Maintenance Bookings-1 per week
Key Targeted Results (KTR) :
- Annual Booking Quota - 3X Base Salary
- 100% Agreement Renewals
Software : TEGG, Vista, MS Office, Outlook, MS Office
Responsibilities :
- Promote TEGG C.A.R.E. objectives
- Leadership communication coordination with TEGG GM, TEGG Sales Manager, TEGG Administrative Coordinator
- Attend and complete TEGG training as required, implement TEGG MSR business model
- Implement and 100% comply with the MSR job duties as trained and required with 0% deviations
- Prospect and qualify sales opportunities
- Understand sales prospects organization and decision making process and commit prospect to a decision making time table
- schedule presentations, close sales
- Survey Electrical systems and interpret electrical drawings
- Prepare pricing and proposals for internal review and delivery to customers
- Deliver and review report with DES Sales Representative at customer turnover meeting
- Promptly address customer concerns in maintaining long-term positive relationships with a 100% annual rate of Agreement Renewals
