TRAVELING PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST*Location : UCF Main Campus College of Health Professions Hours : 8am 5pm Length of Time : 8 weeks+PayRate : $20-$26 / hr The College of Health Professions and Sciences is searching for a Travel / Procurement Coordinator to work in the college's Finance Business Center.
This position will provide travel and procurement support and compliance to departments, schools, centers, and clinics.*Responsibilities : *Procurement : Initiate adds / updates to the vendor master file and obtain supplier-provided documentation.
- Initiate requisitions and support units with purchases.
- Review requests for procurement policy adherence prior to entry into Workday.
- Make procurement card purchases for college needs.
- Manage purchase orders, expense authorizations, invoice receipts, and invoice payments.
- Add and / or validate Worktags to verify appropriateness for acquisition.
- Perform receiving in Workday.
- Initiate return merchandise authorizations with suppliers and coordinate returns, as required.*Most interested in a candidate having skills in using the ERP system Workday to process travel.
There is no bandwidth to train-MUST have experience with Workday. The candidate should have technical skills, and bookkeeper level knowledge with Workday experience.
