We are looking for aShift Supervisor! This role entails close collaboration withdepartmental management to ensure the attainment of production andquality targets.
Essential skills include meticulous datadocumentation and the preparation of succinct reports coveringproduction metrics instances of rework quality assessments and linestoppages.
Additionally the candidate will conduct thoroughevaluations of produced items to verify compliance with specifiedstandards.
Clear interpretation of specifications blueprints andjob directives to team members coupled with effective delegation ofresponsibilities is crucial.
Moreover the candidate will beresponsible for establishing and refining work protocols includingQuality Work Instructions (QWI) to optimize operations and maintainexemplary work standards.
The ideal candidate will excel inrecognizing and smoothly managing daily workflow operations.Furthermore they will lead biweekly safety meetings to reinforce aculture of safety within theorganization.
Requirements :
- Minimum35 years experience in a manufacturing environmentrequired.
