Contract Duration : 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Experience with large, partitioned tables and query optimization.
- Ability to read, write, debug, tune and maintain large, complex queries including analytic and aggregation clauses.
- Experience with PL / SQL including Oracle Object types and Pipelined Table Functions.
- Familiarity with the Oracle privilege model and how to use PL / SQL procedures to enable specific privileged operations while restricting the privileges of the application user accounts.
- Experience with partition operations / maintenance including creating, merging, dropping and exchanging partitions.
- Experience with Unix scripting languages
- Ability to work hybrid work model of at least 3 days in the office and the remaining days remote.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience building and supporting large batch systems.
- Familiarity with DBMS PARALLEL EXECUTE.
- Familiarity with partition based procedural parallelism.

- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
