A company is looking for a Human Resources Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to employee inquiries regarding step / rate questions and assist in audits
Research step placement issues and provide accurate information to employees
Utilize HRIS and spreadsheets to actively research employee data
Required Qualifications
Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Prior experience in Human Resources, particularly in Compensation
Proficiency in Outlook and ability to multi-task
Experience with HRIS systems, such as People Soft
Ability to handle repetitive tasks effectively
