Summary
The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the Critical Care areas and collaborates with other members of the health care team.
She / he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all Critical Care service line staff. She / he assumes house supervision duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Associate Degree, BSN preferred
EXPERIENCE
2-3 yrs RN experience in Critical Care

REGISTERED NURSE
CERTIFICATION
- BLS / CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
- PALS ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN),
- NIH STROKE(within 60 days of hire / transfer effective date)
- TNCC INEXPERIENCED : (WITHIN 2 YEARS OF HIRE OR TRANSFER)
