Mold Remediation Technician Wanted :
SERVPRO is a residential / commercial damage cleanup and restoration company specializing in water, fire smoke damage, Biohazard cleanup, and mold remediation.
We are looking for a motivated candidate to perform the following duties. Competitive wages, 401K, Health, dental, and life insurance available.
Perform mold remediation per crew chief directions following SERVPRO® guidelines.
Set up / take down and properly operate mold remediation equipment
Basic construction skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
General cleaning
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and / or online documentation such as moisture mapping, temperatures, and humidity readings
Perform emergency services after hours and weekends on an on-call rotation basis
Requirements : Desire to grow

Must have a professional appearance and good attitude
Very good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
A valid diver license with a good driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Excellent attention to detail
Punctual and reliable
Experience using hand and small power tools
Ability to work a flexible schedule
