The Behavioral Health Clinician will work with patients in providing outpatient community mental health services. The Behavioral Health Counselor will collaborate with the Primary Care Providers to recognize, treat and manage mental health and psychosocial issues while acting as a contributing member to the Integrated Primary Care Team.

Education & Experience :
- Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work or Human Services.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
