- $501,767 Base Salary
- $20,000 Quality Bonus,

- Malpractice and tail coverage paid.
Kadlec is a Level II Trauma Center that averages 24,000 cases within the Main OR and three ambulatory surgery centers, in addition to 2,700 births annually.
Service lines include general surgery, trauma, cardiology, vascular, neuro, ortho, gynecology, podiatry, plastics, endoscopy, robotic procedures, ENT, pediatrics, and OB.
