Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead our cross-functional teams in defining business strategy, technology roadmaps, and customer-centric solutions.

This role is pivotal in driving our growth in a multibillion-dollar market. You will leverage your extensive industry experience and deep customer insights to deliver compelling products that solve real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement product business plans, encompassing market trends, competitive analysis, revenue forecasting, and pricing strategies.
• Customer-Centric Solutions : Foster strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs to create tailored product solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Lead and inspire cross-functional teams in executing complex business and technical proposals, presenting these solutions effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth analyses of market opportunities, customer applications, and competitor offerings to define and refine our product roadmap.
• Revenue Growth : Drive the opportunity funnel and design wins alongside sales teams to meet and exceed annual revenue goals.
• Thought Leadership : Develop comprehensive customer-facing tools, including presentations, white papers, and solution briefs, to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related field); MSEE and / or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on compute technologies (CPU, GPU, FPGA).
• Proven track record in product marketing, business analysis, and customer engagement, particularly in the AI and data center markets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex environments.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor design, product trade-offs, and the dynamics of the compute market.
