JOB TITLE : RECRUITER SENIOR
LOCATION : REMOTE (MUST BE ABLE TO SUPPORT EASTERN STANDARD TIME)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Act as a thought leader and consultant to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition peers.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for designated areas.
- Develop and implement strategies and staffing plans to meet hiring needs, utilizing both internal and external resources.
- Source, engage, and evaluate potential candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Ensure a top-tier hiring experience for all stakeholders, including candidates and Hiring Managers.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of full recruitment lifecycle experience, with a strong preference for corporate experience. Recruitment agency experience is a plus.
- Proven sourcing skills, including internet research and cold calling. Must possess a hunter mindset.
- Excellent assessment and influencing abilities.
- Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of leadership.
