Position Summary
As the Senior Integration Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collecting technical integration requirements from various sources such as Statements of Work, customers, vendors, and partners.
Your responsibilities will include project scoping, data analysis, and advising on the best project strategies. We are looking for a candidate who is both creative and disciplined in problem-solving, with strong communication skills across different functions.
The ideal candidate will also have a solid technical background and experience with complex and diverse integrated systems, including APIs and POS.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and project managers to define and scope integration requirements.
- Evaluate integration requests for Payroll, Sales, Job Boards, ATS, and other HR-related vendors.
- Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about integration progress and updates.
- Oversee the lifecycle management of completed integrations.
- Validate data accuracy based on internal criteria.
- Investigate and resolve issues with integration data, identifying root causes and suggesting solutions.
- Work collaboratively on integration, testing, and data QA strategies.
- Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to challenge existing processes for improvement.
- Leverage experience from a fast-paced startup environment to drive process enhancements.
- Work with large enterprise customers effectively.
- Assist customers in connecting to Harri APIs.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills.
- Develop QA test plans.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in managing integration projects.
- Proficiency in gathering technological requirements and drafting scopes and technical specifications.
- Experience with data analytic tools such as Tableau and SQL.
- Attention to detail, particularly in testing and ensuring data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and non-technical users.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with API use and design.
- Experience within the HRIS ecosystem.
- Functional mindset with a technical aptitude.
- Ability to provide front-line support for API connectivity issues.
Compensation :
The salary range for this role is between $95,000 and $105,000 (USD).
