As a Media Strategist within 85SIXTY, you will have responsibility for working with clients and internal team members to define objectives and KPIs as well as devising methods for accurately measuring performance against those KPIs.
85SIXTY has a highly collaborative approach and as such, your digital media expertise will be combined with the knowledge of other team members to create an integrated client strategy rooted in performance.
Responsibilities :
- Consult in the development of client media objectives and strategies from the perspective of paid social.
- Manage the day-to-day workflow of paid social campaigns, including media plan development, campaign build & execution, campaign maintenance such as daily pacing, and reporting in the form of bi-weekly or monthly reports and post-campaign recaps.
- Analyze real-time results and optimize paid social campaigns to improve performance and ensure contracted delivery.
- Utilize internally-developed, cross-channel optimization tools to drive continual performance.
- Deliver campaign performance projections and analysis with an eye towards future implications and recommendations.
- Support data feed management for client ecommerce products.
- Troubleshoot tracking where applicable, such as checking for gaps in pixel event tracking and opportunities to implement custom conversions.
- Proactively recommend and implement test-and-learn opportunities and brand lift or conversion lift measurement studies where applicable.
- Communicate directly with clients on campaign performance, optimization opportunities, and future projects.
- Collaborate with team members in creating full-funnel, integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Monitor emerging industry trends in digital marketing and meet with potential media and technology vendors.
- Lead participation in cross-team QA process to ensure paid social buys are set up according to best practices and agency standards.
Desired Qualifications :
- Experience buying Paid Social ads against conversion goals with at least 5-figure monthly budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to execute performance driven digital media campaigns.
- Knowledge of the general activation capabilities of all available digital media tactics.
- Strong computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Self-directed, proactive, and capable of creating solutions and resolving issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fun environment.
- Certification in Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics a plus.

Compensation Disclaimer :
Compensation Range : $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education, skills and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
