Graham Technologies is seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager in the Ft. Belvoir, VA areato join our team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and guidance working closely with the the Senior Project Manager and Senior Program Manager and Government project manager leads to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management Leadership : Serve as the Senior Project Manager, providing strategic oversight under the direction of the Senior Program Manager and Government project manager leads.
• Guidance and Mentorship : Offer guidance and support to mid-level project managers to help them achieve project objectives and maintain alignment with PMI standards.
• Compliance with PMI Guidelines : Ensure all project management tasks are executed in accordance with PMI guidelines, maintaining high standards of performance and efficiency.
• Project Planning and Execution : Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards and deadlines.

Basic Requirements :

• Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS / SCI) clearance.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Years of Experience and Degree
• With master's degree : 4 years of IT project management experience
• With bachelor's degree : 6 years of IT project management experience
• With associate's degree : 8 years of IT project management experience
• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking.
