Responsibilities

The Brook Hospital Dupont located at 1405 Browns Ln is currently looking for Full-time Day Registered Nurses 7a-7p with rotating weekends with a passion for serving those with behavioral health and addiction issues.

$10,000 sign on bonus for Day Shift!

• The RN participates in treatment planning as a member of interdisciplinary team; provides assessment of patients’ psychiatric and medical status;
• administers medication and medical treatment as prescribed by physician; assess, direct and intervene in crisis situations;

provide and direct milieu management, and additional tasks as needed. Best candidates for this position will have behavioral health experience, a strong work-ethic, and highly consistent timeliness and attendance!

Job Duties

• Initiate and document special treatment procedures.
• Document nursing care, treatment and patient’s response to treatment.
• Provide health education to patients.
• Attend mandatory training and in-services.
• Participate in the implementation of Nursing Department policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements :
• Current license to practice nursing in KY (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
