Key responsibilities :
Manages all ETA communication to vessels within a specific area of responsibility.
Ensures that the planned time stamps of a vessel operating in a terminal are carried out efficiently.
Owns the execution of a vessel operation in port, for instance needs to keep a log of any additional time spent at port delays on arrival and departure of vessels.
Responsible for updating stakeholders with weather updates and potential disruptions to vessel operators.
Plans and arranges for vessel bunkering.
Responsible to ensure that all vessel activities are carried out within time at berth without affecting the schedule.
Engage with vessel command and coordinate with all partners in the chain (terminals, pilots, and tugs) for minimization of CO2 emissions.
Identifies and suggest continuous improvement possibilities in the ways of working.
Identifies and executes cost reductions through the Analysis of past events and proposal of mitigation actions.
Responsible for continuous communication with main stakeholders to ensure decisions are taken with the most accurate information.
Provides feedback to management and stakeholders on improvement opportunities for vessel operations identified during shifts.
We are looking for :
Fluent english, written and spoken
At least 2 years of experience in actively engaging with Maersk's operations within the field of Ocean logistics (preferred).
Previous experience in Marine scheduling is a plus
Basic knowledge of Power BI is a plus
Good understanding of Maritime Operations
Good communication skills.
