Hill International is seeking a MEP Project Manager in Washington, DC

  • Serve as one of Hill’s six on-site project managers with total responsibility for specific work packages as assigned including quality assurance, change order management, issue resolution, coordination, project controls, and reporting.
  • Incumbent reports to a Senior Project Manager for Operations and another Senior Project Manager for Project Controls in a matrix organizational structure.
  • A minimum 8 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Professional registration as RA, PE, or CCM is preferred but not required.
  • Relevant experience managing Construction Manager as Constructor ( CMc ) or Construction Manager at Risk ( CMAR) project delivery is preferred.
  • General Contractor experience in managing federal construction projects is preferred.
  • Experience with federal QA process is preferred.
  • Experience managing historic renovation construction projects is preferred.
  • Strong electrical experience is preferred
