Highlights / Benefits for Surgical Services Director (RN)
- The Director, Surgical Services (RN) will manage the strategic direction of the Surgical Services Department including the Operating Rooms, Same Day Surgery, Endoscopy, Pre-Admission, PACU, and Central Sterile
- Will manage a team of 60+ FTE's and report directly to a dynamic and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer
- Well supported by a team of three (3) Nurse Managers

Qualifications & Requirements for Surgical Services Director (RN)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required / Master's degree preferred
- RN Active License
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive surgical services / operating room leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services / operating room setting
- Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
- CNOR preferred
