Abt Electronics has an immediate opening for the position of Appliance Mechanic. We are a family-owned company that has been in business since 1936 and continues to experience strong growth year after year.
Abt Electronics specializes in electronics, appliance & furniture sales, delivery, installation, and servicing of all the products we sell.

In addition, must be comfortable contributing / working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and fun work environment. Primary duties include :
- Provide timely & courteous service to customers
- In-home diagnosis & repair of various appliances
- Utilize a computer for parts inquiry & ordering
- Maintaining parts inventory & tools in a company vehicle
Job Requirements :
- Pass a physical & drug test
- Experience and / or training from an accredited trade school preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Team oriented
- Able to lift / move products weighing up to 200lbs
- Saturdays required
- Be friendly & respectful towards customers and their property
- Mechanical aptitude
- Problem-solving skills
- General knowledge of technology plus ability to read electrical schematics

- Hourly rate starting from $18.00 to $28.00 based upon experience
