As a Lead Maintenance Mechanic you will apply advanced expertise to perform a wide variety of maintenance responsibilities for production and / or facilities machines and equipment and assist in maintaining department efficiencies at maximum output levels.

Work with supervisor and support all assigned personnel and materials, resources, and equipment requirements during respective shift.

Provide lead support over production and / or facilities maintenance operations within the plant that may span multiple departments, production lines, processes and / or technologiesAudit the floor as required by Leader Standard Work, monitor productivity metrics, verify adherence to procedures and standard work, correct deficiencies and escalate to supervisor as necessaryCoordinate with supervisor to review and maintain schedules to ensure resources are available to meet schedule.

Ensure that accurate information is reported, and the appropriate paperwork is completed and turned inCommunicate with oncoming shifts about any problems or issues that are occurring.

Work with other departments to maintain or improve communicationsNotify supervisor immediately and recommend solutions if there are issues that will prevent achievement of efficiency goalsPerform processes in SAP as requiredTrack and maintain appropriate documentationPerform routine duties in support of shift requirementsWhat you'll bring.

• At least two (2) years’ related maintenance experience working in a fast-paced work environmentHigh School Diploma or GEDDemonstrated leadership skillsExpert knowledge in use of hand-tools, power-toolsAbility to perform root cause analysis, compare and investigate information, and recommend and implement resolutionProven analytical problem solverAbility to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks, projects and prioritiesPreferred Qualifications.
