Forklift Operator / Material Handler :
Location : Harrisburg, AR
Shift : 2nd Shift (3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM)
Training on 1st Shift (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM)
Starting Pay : $18.00 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently moving, loading, and unloading materials and products throughout our facility while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Material Handling : Pick up and move materials that are not loaded on a skid or pallet.
- Loading and Unloading : Load and unload materials in and out of trucks or warehouses.
- Stock Movement : Move stock around the warehouse to the appropriate sections.
- Inventory Management : Scan incoming inventory, track inventory, and record the number of units moved.
- Labeling and Sorting : Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintenance : Perform daily maintenance on the forklift, including cleaning, oiling, and recharging batteries.
- Safety Compliance : Follow safety regulations and company guidelines, and handle hazardous materials carefully.
- Quality Assurance : Perform quality checks to identify damages, shortages, and defects.
- Documentation : Document the arrival, departure, and movement of goods.
Qualifications :
- MUST have prior experience operating a forklift.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials as required.

Prior experience operating a forklift.
Highschool Diploma or GED
