Background Profile :
- Provide support to customers through various channels (chat, phone, email, web, etc.
- Occasionally visit customer sites as needed.
- Act as the customer advocate within the company, promoting customer requests and ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Collaborate with departments such as sales, development, marketing, and product management.
- Contribute to internal discussions to enhance service and product offerings.
- Create Knowledge Base content and share expertise with peers to improve service quality and professionalism.
Expertise In :
- Experience with VRF systems commissioning and operations.
- Proficient in setting up and commissioning Central Controllers for VRF systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills are essential
- Knowledge of computer networking and communication is advantage
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols like BACnet and Modbus is a plus.
- Technical knowledge in home / building automation is beneficial.
- Ability to learn independently.
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
- Capacity to work remotely.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
