Berglund Automotive is a well-established and reputable automotive group with 10 locations, representing 20 different automotive brands throughout Southwest and Central Virginia.
We are looking for a full-time receptionist for Berglund Toyota.
This position offers a great chance to gain experience and knowledge about the automotive industry with an opportunity for advancement.

Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage dealership switchboard and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments for customers and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Keep reception area clean and organized.
- Receive and sort mail, process packages and deliveries.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage office supplies and retrieve inventory when needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests at the dealership.
- Follow dealership policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Enjoy working with a team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility.
