We have an immediate opening for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist . The ideal candidate will have experience processing PO invoices and be able to compile reports in relation to year end.
Accounts Payable Responsibilities :
- Review and record invoice accuracy in billings from vendors to ensure a
- Process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner
- Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses
- Maintain 1099s and generate report at year end
Accounts Payable Qualifications :
- 2 or more years in accounting or related field
- Strong understanding Accounts Payable processing
- Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
