Position
We are looking for a Canon / Oce’ Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Tucson, AZ area. This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of Tucson and surrounding areas.
Essential Job Duties
- Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
- Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Developing options to solve unusual problems
- Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
Qualifications
- Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
- Canon and / or Oce' Vario Series Certification & service experience (including Titan & Colorado Machines)
- Other experience with Canon, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus!
