This job acts as a company ambassador and primary point of contact for local, regional, and national career events and system-wide internal recruitment events.
Assists with creating marketing campaigns, utilizing various databases to track attendance and lead generation as well as track and analyze the event success.
Maintains career collateral and May assist alongside the campus recruitment staff to plan and attend meetings and events with career services offices, students and organizations, faculty, candidates, and other appropriate groups at target universities focused on RN, Allied Health & other clinical areas as necessary.
Works with the HR marketing team to assist with planning, organizing and executing clinical and non-clinical recruiting events including presentations / lectures, career fairs, networking events, and interviews.
Builds and maintains the TAP Department Ambassadors team & serves as their point of contact for all relevant events. Fosters and maintains meaningful, high-touch relationships with key organizations for conferences, TAP Department Ambassadors, career services offices and faculty.

Education
Required Associate’s degree .
Work Experience
Required 1 year of related campus recruitment, career outreach experience or related field.
Certifications
Preferred - CHCR, ORMCP, SPHR, PHR.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Job Duties

Establishes and maintains the TAP Department Ambassadors team & serves as their point of contact for all relevant events.
Fosters and maintains meaningful, high-touch relationships with key organizations for conferences, TAP Department Ambassadors, career services offices and faculty including site visits, office tours, and recurring meetings.
Oversees registration, coordinating TA Department Ambassador attendance, travel & participation at the event, event ROI tracking, and follow-up event marketing to create leads for company recruiters.
Performs other related duties as required.
