We're seeking a meticulous and team-oriented Investment Reporting Associate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about delivering high-quality reporting that supports strategic financial decision-making.
As a key contributor to investment operations, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of performance data, optimizing reporting systems, and collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless client experience. Your work will directly support our integrated wealth management services, including investment strategy, financial planning, tax optimization, and estate planning.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE :
- Maintain and refine account and security data within reporting platforms to ensure consistency and precision.
- Configure and manage reporting structures such as account groupings, templates, and dashboards.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring completeness and accuracy across all reporting outputs.
- Reconcile investment accounts, including alternative assets and non-standard transactions.
- Perform manual data entries and generate customized performance reports as needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance data integration across custodians, CRM systems, and document management platforms.
- Act as a secondary resource for reporting-related inquiries, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
- Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and client-first service across the organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in investment reporting or financial operations.Familiarity with portfolio reporting systems; experience with Envestnet Tamarac is a plus.Prior exposure to custodial platforms such as Schwab is advantageous.Understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance standards.Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with a professional and confident demeanor.Excellent organizational and time management abilities; adept at juggling multiple priorities.
