Job SummaryLeading SHI’s transformative AIprogram,MindsparkAIis an exciting team within the Advanced Solutions Group of SHI that is building newAI-poweredapplications anddigital experiences for our internal users,customersand partners.

The Product Operations Analystenables our Product Management team to quickly make data-driven decisionsand drive execution of AI initiatives.

They synthesize data from multiple systems into cohesive reports and dashboards that inform strategic directionand accurately trackprogress towards goals.

They instrumentandmaintaina metrics platform toset standards forhow Product data is collected and reported against.Theycollaboratewith other business units to drive consensus and alignment related to ongoing Product initiatives.

Theyfacilitaterecurring Product meetingsand standardize product processes.Theywillbe responsible forconductingcoaching, training, and Product overview sessions for various teams throughout the organization.

Establish andmaintaina metrics platform to report against goals, outcomes, roadmaps, progress,capacity, and costs.Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Product Designers, Architects, Development Managers, and stakeholders to achieve tangible business outcomes.

Standardize Product processes, including but not limited to meeting cadences, experimentation tracking and feedback, feature documentation, collecting usage data, feedbackand creating and maintaining roadmaps.

Organize and run various Product meetings around planning, progress towards goals, roadmap updates andsalesenablement.Drive alignment between Product Management, Sales,and Development teams.

Provide the Product Managementteamaccuratedata to ensure they can make decisions in real time and tell concrete stories related to our Product strategy.

Hands-oncommunity building and engagement todrivea culture of AI at SHIQualificationsBachelorsdegree or relevant work experiencerequired5+ years of relevant Project or Product Management experience.

Proven experience in project management of complex deliverables with limited resourcesExperience with agile software developmentmethodologiesRequired SkillsSuperb brokering skills : regularly achieve consensus between teams and individuals, with a focus on simplicity.

Experience building reports within an analytics platform.A track recordforimproving processesand operationstosolve business problems.

Knowledgeof agile and scrum software development methodologies.Excellent interpersonal communication and strong verbal and written English skills.

High intellectual curiosity and comfortable working in a burgeoning spacePreferred Qualifications / SkillsPreviousexperience creating andmaintainingProduct roadmaps.

Custom report development usingPowerBIor related tooling.Experienceestablishingand trackingobjectivesand key results.Experience with Product Management tools such asProdPad, Amplitude,Pendo.

Experience with prototyping, surveying, and user research initiatives.Experience working with public clouds such as AWS, Azure and GCP.

Experienceinstructing AI systems through promptengineeringUnique Requirements25% of travel may berequiredto partner conferences / events or customer sites asneededAdditional InformationThe estimated annual pay range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary and bonus.

The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
