We are currently on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a knack for optimizing warehouse operations and supply chain processes.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient processes, and maximizing warehouse productivity.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement warehouse strategies to ensure efficient warehouse and inventory operations.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
• Manage and lead warehouse staff, setting daily performance goals, and ensuring their fulfillment.
• Maintain stringent standards of safety and ensure compliance with company or legal regulations.
• Review and update warehouse and material management processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Evaluate and manage risks associated with warehouse operations, implementing risk mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
• Regularly review and analyze key performance indicators and generate detailed reports for upper management.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and improving warehouse operations.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in supply chain, logistics, and materials management.
• Excellent skills in process improvement, safety management, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field would be advantageous.
