Position Description
SUMMARY :
This position is a(n) Exempt position, supporting the ARNG 16 AF SPPFS. The Telephony SME supports missions and functions for 16 AF Service needs and Air Forces Cyber (AFCYBER).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Analyze data to identify or resolve operational problems.
- Document software defects and report defects to software developers.
- Assist with designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
- Review test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve information systems .
- Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
- Participate in software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.
- Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions.
- Conduct historical analyses of test results.
- Evaluate or recommend software for testing or bug tracking.

Position Requirements
Qualifications :
3 years' related experience in government software development, quality assurance and testing years experience
Cyber Experience Preferred
Education Requirements :
Bachelor's in Computer Science
Additional Requirements :
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS / SCI security clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
