What you'll do as : Sr. Financial Analyst Operations
- Prepare company consolidation reports
- Processing journal entries
- Preparation of month-end Management reporting packages
- Analysis of month-to-month variations
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations
Work Experience
The preferred candidate might :
- Previous team leadership experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to set clear goals
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Experience in improving team energy levels
Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required.
2. Minimum 4 years general accounting experience
3. Prior consolidation experience a plus
4. Prior experience in managing staff a plus
5. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
6. JD Edwards experience a plus
7. US GAAP working knowledge
8. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
9. 90% English communication (verbal and written) required and Spanish a benefit
10. Self-motivated and proactive
11. Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret financial statements
