Summary / Objective

As a Maintenance, Equipment Technician, you are responsible for maintaining the equipment in the facility in both the production floor, warehouse, and the office area.

We are particularly in search for a candidate with extensive CNC machine experience. The candidate will be knowledgeable regarding total preventative maintenance, CNC machine setup, and overall operation.

Compensation

$30.00+ Hourly Negotiable and depending on experience

Schedule

Day Shift : Monday to Friday 5 AM to 5 PM

Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting equipment
• Routine lubrication of equipment
• Ordering maintenance supplies / parts
• Following preventative maintenance program for equipment & facility
• Assisting with equipment installations
• Operation of forklift
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment

Experience and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience servicing, maintaining, building CNC machines.
• Understanding daily, monthly, and yearly Maintenace updates for equipment.
• Total Preventative Maintenance
• Scheduling services for equipment.
• Understanding of Hydraulics, Program Logical Controllers, and ranges of voltage.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (green card holder) or other status as a U.S. Person)

Skills

• Solid knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) workplace safety practices
• Shibaura Tech Certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding and conscious of safe work practices
