Positions : All positions listed here are to add to our technical services and support team. This team is a central layer of individuals and skills that support the needs of our customers, as well as the functional groups within our overall organization, all of which are engaged in IT services.
CSE : Customer Sales Engineer Work with both sales and support to assist with customer engagements, as well as their solution build-out.
Includes Pre-sales engagements to help position our services and solutions. Post Sales to assist and serve as project manager in the delivery of solutions, ensuring customer acceptance and satisfaction.
When not directly assisting a customer or sales, this position will work as a part of our technical support team, who provide the basis of our managed services offerings, but also help support the entire needs of our organizations business units.
MSS : Managed Services Support Provide direct customer support for their managed environment. Work with sales to ensure that we are aligned to the needs of the customer with regards to delivery of contracted services, and are actively anticipating the ongoing needs of the customer to both ensure their operational state, while developing the roadmaps that will be used to guide them forward.
