Purpose To assist the Supervisor and Senior Manager in overseeing processes in Audit & Contracting.

Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the processes for the Reimbursement Analysts and Billing Specialists in Audit & Contracting Resolve any department workflow issues with the Supervisor and Management Assist with education to team on new processes Research on reimbursement issues which affect the client / carrier(s) Work with Supervisor, Senior Contract Analysts and management to resolve reimbursement issues Ensure timely response to questions, concerns or issues related to the work being completed by our LH-India Team Co-Lead, with Supervisor, weekly meetings with LH-India team management as well as the weekly Training session held with all Reimbursement Analyst LH-Bedford and LH-India Work with LH-India team to ensure Carrier Payment Audits are completed accurately and timely Working with the Supervisor and Senior Manager as well as LHI Management Answer e-mails timely to ensure proper notification and instruction is relayed Responsible relaying to staff of any new client / contract information and / or processes to be followed related to revenue as presented by Management Monitor appropriate work load of staff and staff productivity Monitor work assigned by Supervisor and ensure timely completion / request extension with detail Ensure cooperative team environment by Effectively communicating with staff about department and company initiatives Adjusting procedures as necessary to create process efficiencies Resolving issues among staff Encouraging constructive feedback from staff and between team members Provide on-going feedback to the Supervisor & Management for staff annual performance reviews Proactively monitor company policies and address transgressions appropriately Facilitate meetings within department and make presentations to senior management as needed Uphold company mission, vision and values Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures stored in LogixGarden relevant to this position Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.) Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Computer Skills Prior MS Office experience, including proficiency with Excel and Word, and internet software experience required.

Experience Must have strong knowledge of third party billing practices, good computer skills using spreadsheets and internet software preferred.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability Ability to maximize use of all software resources for efficiency Must be able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities Ability to maintain current records Ability to maintain bi-monthly audit reports Ability to add, to subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure;

this ability will encompass using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, use hands, talk, hear and occasionally walk and reach with hands or arms Powered by JazzHR
