Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' occupational therapy needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities to promote independence and enhance quality of life.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
