Daily duties include organizing and overseeing daily hotel operations. This position requires an individual to be extremely organized, have a keen attention to detail and the flexibility to work with different aspects of a business.
Requested Tasks
- Lead, manage and hold team accountable
- Oversee the guest experience and problem resolution
- Empower and develop direct reports and team members
- Drive guest satisfaction scores and social impression
- Track financial and confirm operational tasks are complete
Requested Capabilities
- Prior experience highly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of the property, rooms, amenities, etc.
- Approachable, patient and thoughtful personality
- Remain open in communication to ensure fairness and consistency
