Columbine Commons Assisted Living / Health and Rehab facility located at 1475 Main Street Windsor, Colorado provides care the community has come to expect from our new, state-of-the-art building.
We are accepting applications for a Custodian able to work :
- Part-Time
- Every Saturday and some weekdays
- 12 : 00pm - 8 : 30pm
Compensation
Starting wage between $15.00 / hour - $16.50 / hour (depending on experience)

Custodian
Performs custodial work in facility common space, and other building interiors.
Typical tasks performed include a combination of the following :
- Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
- Sometimes using ladders, dust and washes walls, cleans ceilings and dust and polishes light fixtures.
- Washes and replaces blinds. Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas.
- May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
- May also sweep walks, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age with an education minimum of 8th grade and be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be interested in geriatrics, able to work independently or with a team, and attentive to detail. Must be able to tolerate lifting, pushing, and pulling in the 25-pound range frequently.
