Job Objective :
To greet visitors, prospective beneficiaries, community workers, salespeople, etc. while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor representative of the Salvation Army, as well as operating the center switchboard.
Essential functions :
- Greet visitors, prospective beneficiaries, community workers, salespeople, etc., ascertaining the nature of their business, and notifying the appropriate staff via telephone.
- Keep records as required by Administration.
- Assist with the training and supervision of beneficiaries assigned to the Reception Office.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
