The Head of Product Management for Point of Care shapes and executes the Category’s strategy combining strategic vision with business acumen to realize our growth ambitions.

Your role :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with Philips Ultrasound’s business goals and supports competitive positioning within the Point of Care category.
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring high quality products. Collaborate with R&D, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to define product specifications, features, and requirements.
• Drive prioritization of product features based on customer feedback, market demand and competitive analysis.
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitive dynamics. Develop compelling value propositions and positioning strategies to differentiate products in the marketplace.
• Rationalize and develop business cases for new products and services for consideration in the portfolio management process.

You're the right fit if :

• You have acquired 10+ years of related product management experience; medical device preferred; Ultrasound highly preferred.
• Your skills include :
• The ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and existing and new products into solutions; comfortable with making tradeoffs, decisively.
• Expertise delivering complex projects to meet demanding feature, cost, quality, and introduction date targets.
• Demonstrable communication skills and ability to lead a cross-functional organization to develop market leading products / solutions and successful product launches.
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred) with 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

You have excellent strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA or Cambridge, MA is $160,720 to $275,520. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
